  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items


3. Return Process

  • Store Credit / Mizo Wallet Refund (fastest option)

  • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash refund

  • Original payment method (if applicable)

Refund processing time:

  • 3–7 working days after we receive the returned product.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, you may request:

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

  • An exchange for another product of equal value


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping at no cost.

  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation will be processed as a return after delivery.
