1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation or COD order verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as Leopards, TCS, M&P, and others.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

Note: Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before placing the order.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most locations in Pakistan.

  • Customers must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment.

  • Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in account limitations.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier company name

  • Estimated delivery time

You can track your order using the courier’s online tracking system.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Mizo.pk is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Redelivery fees (if any) imposed by courier services

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.


7. Package Delays or Lost Shipments

Although rare, if your order is delayed or lost:

  • Contact us at support@mizo.pk or WhatsApp [Insert Number]

  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund


8. Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged parcel:

  1. Take photos or video immediately.

  2. Do not accept severely damaged or tampered parcels.

  3. Contact us within 24–48 hours for assistance.

We will arrange a replacement or follow our refund/return procedures.


9. International Shipping

At this time, Mizo.pk ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping may be added in the future.
